For those going today:: Capital Weather Gang's NatCast for game 2 (they didn't do a separate one for Game 1) has 'The second game of the series goes off without a hitch, at least weatherwise. A good night for wandering the park with a beer in hand.' with just 1% chance of rain.

(Better enjoy this one because they're currently calling for 40% chance of rain/thundershowers tomorrow.)

Also, it just wouldn't be a proper Nats weekend without Metro track-work - Blue, Orange and Red lines affected (thankfully they won't be continuing this on Sunday or the Fourth): http://www.wmata.com/about_metro/news/PressReleaseDetail.cfm?ReleaseID=4964

If Chemist sees his shadow, does that mean we have 6 more weeks of winter?

No moreso than usual.  I'm sure spoprtsfan is reacting to the fact that his last outing was pretty terrible (in terms of batted balls, not necessarily earned runs).

No.  Watch Davey Johnson.  If he spits to the right, 6 more weeks of summer.

i don't know, i've been trying to clarify that.  if it is, i'll spend the $20 to get it.

i thought most mlb.tv games were blacked out on saturdays.  and especially because it's in our market (even though it's not on tv).

If you live in the DC area don't bother...they will black it out.

You all should have MLB.TV anyways, it's awesome and you get to watch aces more than once every five days.

You sure?  Given that it's not being broadcasted anywhere, we can't possibly in viewing territory for it.

But I can watch four games at once this way (you can't do that with Extra Innings can you?  If so please disregard)!  And watch when I don't have access to a TV.
