Two 40-win teams
Two red caps
Two pitchers with scruffy almost-beardish things and mustaches

The two pitchers that PA and Linty had a bet about their performance last year....

I thought you did.

You bet on Pineiro to perform better than Marquis.

Drew Storen was on Jim Rome today.  That was a smart, savvy move on his end.  A shot of jungle karma to keep the roll going.  Would love to hear the interview if it's out there.  I don't like Jim Rome, but jungle karma is real.

Same lineup as yesterday, per Kilgore.
How many times have we had the same lineup twice in a row this year? Or ever in the Riggleman administration?

Well, Werth struck out more times last night than Stairs.

And, at least Stairs had a walk.

But seriously, we have no one better in the entire organization to PH and DH than Stairs?

Really?

Just watched 9 News local sports.   Showed pictures of today's starters.   Had Marquis' stats and name and had Lannan's picture.   What a bunch of craps.

You won, but not in a way that I would crow about...  Marquis was injured and sucked as a result.  It's not like the outcome of the bet proved what you set out to prove initially.

Yeah, if the bet had been postponed to a year when both guys were healthy, well, look at the first post.

We are a winning ballclub. They are merely a .500 team. This will be a cakewalk

Was their bet last year until the ASB or for the whole year?  I can't remember.

win

It's tougher for you since neither plays for your favorite team.
