The growth of guys like Ray, Purke and Solis are interesting on two fronts.  One, if they start to put it all together, they can be used as trade pieces.  Two, they could be part of or replace a part of the rotation.  Detwiler has been hurt, but he also has some trade value.  If he can be had for a starting pitcher or an upgrade anywhere on the field, than he can be dealt if one of these guys are big league ready.
