Just bought a Danny Espinosa Futures Game card with a cut-out of his jersey from the game for 4.20 on eBay.

http://bit.ly/fOXKkf

They only produced 199 prints of this card... pretty awesome to own one of them!

Probably will add a 2011 Ian Desmond Gold serial #'d card as well to complete the middle infield duo.

Is there a way to buy baseball cards that are all of one team, short of singly on ebay?  Like a pack of all Nats/Expos?

That's all of the 2010 base set cards.

But, outside of possibly buying it at the team gift shop... eBay or any card collecting website would be the best place to find a full team.

Ok... so I haven't bought the Gold serial #'d Desmond card... but I did decide to buy one of his rookie cards. I just love the old school look to the card.

you can get them online too.

That was the only site I could find that didnt make you buy 2 additional packs with the team set.

I bought my Topps team set at Modells last year.  Card shows sometimes have dealers who create team sets.  There's one coming up in March.  WWW.csashows.com It will be at the Capital Expo Center.

Christian Guzman?  Shairon Martis?  Austin Kearns?  Brian Bruney!?  :wtf:

I did get a Balester, both Zims, and a Desmond rookie card.  I need to get some of those plastic thingies to put 'em in.

Anyone on here do any card collecting? Baseball, football, hockey, whatever? Was just wondering what you buy and who you have. I'll probably post some photos up of the cards I have here in a minute. I'm sure I'm not the only nerdlord who collects them.

This is probably my favorite Nationals card:

Overall this is probably my favorite card out of them all:

I collect all D.C sports teams. I have a lot of other cards from back in my younger days when my father bought the entire collection for that year of topps of whatever.

I used to collect Ripken Cards.  Tried to get every one.  Then the number of manufacturers exploded as well as the number of versions within each manufacturer.   I gave up.  I still do a little collecting of NATS cards (RZ, STRAS, BRYCE and team sets)

I wonder, since Barry Larkin is now in the Hall of Famer, if his card will go up in value - I have 2 of his cards... I also have a little collection of NATS cards, and I wonder if STRAS card will go up in value, in the future?

That Ciccarelli card is badass.

As for my collection, I have three Joe Montana rookie cards that I'm pretty proud of. I also have rookie cards for Dan Marino and John Elway. This card may be my favorite card of them all though:
