Tomorrow I'm inaugurating a 4.5 day weekend in Austin with my best friends. There will be bar-hopping, a belated Christmas celebration, snarky back-talk at the Super Bowl commercials because we all hate football, watching Caribbean Series baseball, eating burgers, and baking creme de menthe cookies and chocolate vodka cupcakes. I'm excited!

I wasn't joking when I said community college was the best education I ever received. Much better than this pure math ABD I have sitting in purgatory.

Ha, yes. Miami is a sports program coupled with a storage facility for underachieving rich kids. There actually are a lot of smart, hard-working undergrads there, but none of them are from this continent.

Finally found a pair of contacts that'll work with my screwed eyes. Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism FTW!!!! Could have probably slept in those and not felt the sting of my old ones.
