Rizzo's biggest failure has been his inability to convince ownership that the manager and coaching staff is important. 3 pitching coaches in 4 years is a recipe for disaster. Mike Maddux said that it takes a year for a pitching coach to get to know his staff and for them to have trust in what he's trying to accomplish. This is Dan Snyder level of stupidity.
