Just a list of prospects with no discussion?  What's the point?

Looking forward to Kevin Goldstein's top 11 prospects discussion tomorrow.

Sickels doesn't see Aaron Thompson as much of a prospect anymore, for what that's worth.  It's weird seeing Danny Espinosa on the list, considering this board has pretty much acknowledged the fact that he's going to be our starting 2B next year.

Desmond was on lists last year. I'd hope a guy who might start next year is on the list

Adrian Alaniz being on this list immediately gives him zippy credibility.

I don't think it's a "top prospects" list, though.  He's just naming like every possible prospect in the system and gauging opinions.  He didn't even give Alaniz a C+.

That said, why was this posted?  It's not much of a "prospect list" as it is a brainstorming session.

Damn, someone should let John Sickels know that you feel that way.  He'd be devastated.
