That's exactly what makes them MORE interesting to watch, then everyone throwing the same way all the time.

Back in the day, American pitchers too had diverse and unusual motions, often developed in sandlot ball in their home towns, before being "discovered".  Now, pitching instruction is so uniform and generic, that the individuality is lost.  Asian pitchers attempt to disrupt the timing of a batter through making their motions less consistent from pitch to pitch.

The Asian pitchers got nothin' on Tiant and Marichal.

Collin looks much better without the stache. I'm not a fan of mustaches on people under the age of 40.

It was kinda hideous.  It's good he shaved it.

Humm, a kicker eh?  You might be onto something.

Here's a kicker man enough to attempt a pass in a super bowl:

(He looks older than 29...I think that's streaks of gray peaking out from under the cap)
I'd have streaks of gray too if I'd left my wife and kid after trying to defect with them once already and had to sneak out on a boat before getting here.  That's got to be awfully tough emotionally and mentally.

You Ever been on a Missions trip? You will kiss the ground when that plane lands back in the Good Ole' USA!
I can vouch for this.  Had some sketchy travel accommodations when I was in Haiti about 4 years ago.  But we made it!
