No pitching.

Volstad hit Nyjer as retribution for yesterday.  Nyjer stole second.  Then third, down a billion to 3.  Volstad took offense.  His next at bat Volstad threw behind him.  Nyjer charged the mound.  Got clothslined and ejected.

Nats tried to claw back, lost 16-10.  Espinoza made his debut.  Looked really good.

WHATTT? The benches cleared? freak. I've been waiting to see some steam from this team, even though Nyjer created it all. I just watched it on Nationals.com but still. Nothing I want to happen but still worth watching.

Looks like Nyjer got a cheapshot clothesline.

Watching it slow motion: I'm pumped Listach got in there.

The freaking Marlins catcher was pounding right hooks into Morgan while the pile was there. Douche.

I'm still shocked he went upper tank.

He destroyed that ball.

So what happened tonight? This thread = 23 pages.

TLDR version please.

Your brother pledged to stop posting, for the rest of the season, if the Nationals came back from the huge hole asswipes Olsen & Stammen created in the first 3 innings.  The Nationals scored 7 runs after that.  The media confirmed that Rob Dibble was fired, (for not being an ass-kissing gurly-man.)  Ray Knight insisted that the Nationals should not try to win the game, when they are way behind, and that it's okay to bean their batters if they do try to win anyway.  After the Brawl, Slaten and Riggleman both got ejected when Staten hit the Clothesliner with a pitch.

Loria sent somebody up to retrieve the ball so it could be used in the next game.

Upper deck isn't available except for one game during the regular season.  Even the blue seats out in left aren't for sale due to the stadium configuration from football to baseball leaves no front railing and a staircases that drop off to nowhere.  Any fans you see there climbed over the railing in the LF corner.

Where the heck was Morse in all this?  He comes flying in about 10 seconds after it all hits the fan.  Was he in the clubhouse or something?

8)  :stir:

hey i'm just interested.  i think PoCa is one of the guys that has me on ignore though haha.

I was wrong about Bernadina ... I came out and said so.  Even when Saul Rivera was pretty solid for us, I had my doubts.

Damn, you are piling up the ignores lately.  Might be a bit like Nyjer, not willing to admit a problem?
