Bally won't be available to pitch until Sunday (Pirates) because of some dumb 10 day rule after you send someone back down to AAA. ( That the Nats overlooked. 
) They have to send him back to AAA till Sunday, unless somebody gets injured.
That sucks. If Nyjer's going to be getting us into a bunch of beanball wars, we need our enforcer up as soon as possible.
