I think either one could probably fetch a really good pitcher in a trade, maybe that one that Rizzo's been coveting for so long.  I could see this being the case, especially if Lombardazzi has a strong showing in the AFL.

If Espinosa has power, you can trade Desmond for someone really special.

How about putting Desmond at 2b and Espinosa at SS?  I've hated Desmond's defensive play this year.

I would rather have a middle infield of Desmond and Espinosa, and find pitching other ways.  I think Desmond is going to be a 20/20 guy, and Espinosa has a shot to be that as well.  If anyway possible I would rather go for pitching in free agency as oposed to trading him away.

Ideally I'd put the better arm / less range at SS and weaker arm / more range at 2B.  Zim at 3B helps the range at SS and more range at 2B helps with Dunn at 1B, mind fact.  I'm not sure how Espinosa and Desmond compare though.

Loch Ness Monster tweets that Espinosa is up (along with Ramos).
Ramos is up too. Really?

Except players go right and left differently. Gonzalez is fine going right but no where near Desmond going to his left.

Espinosa & Desmond -could be a dream combination in the middle -2B & SS respectively - good dynamics-great potential-could be a exciting combination.......I'm getting pumped about this...this could be exciting..... :woop:
