I'll bet our starters have the worst 6th inning numbers in baseball.  They so rarely make it to the sixth inning so when they do, they're DONE!

what was the stat Dibble mentioned yesterday?  Livan has gone 7 innings 11 times, the rest of the staff has gone 7 innings a combined 13 times?

NOW is the time for Riggleman to be obsessed with matchups.

GMU and SF will say nothing because they are player fans not Nats fans.

Why they continue to throw breaking balls down the middle is unknown to me. Hanger to Heyward and Diaz.

Why wouldn't Rig walk Diaz to set up the DP and the lefty/lefty match-up? Don't get it.

That looked like a K. The only way he was gonna get out of that jam.

WHIP 1.5+ for the day. Nothing has changed, people want to live in a world of wishes and unicorns.

5.1 IP, 8 baserunners and 105 pitches.  Not stellar but he managed to keep it down to 2 ER so far.

Why don't you cheer for the Nats? You only cheer for players. You are not a fan. Admit it.
