I've liked him ever since he came over with Nyjer from Pittsburgh. He's a huge upgrade over Hanrahan

I'm saying that he and Clippard were the best of the returning relievers by far.  Bruney was an obvious flop waiting to happen and Capps was an unknown.  There was absolutely no reason to think Burnett would be anything other than a very good reliever.

This team can't get it together - when our starters suck our bullpen is great.  Now, the last two nights our starters have been great and our bullpen sucks.  Sigh....
