One thing I've noticed is that the Nationals patience has improved.  I mean, the Nats are still grounding out on 2-0 counts and stuff like that, but they do seem to be drawing A LOT of walks.

Almost as invariably as Nats pitchers giving up run immediately after we score, is that a Nats pitcher will fall completely apart when he's due to bat next.  :x
