I really hope we keep Pudge around as a coach.
That could be cool too.

What Carter's talking about right now, is why we need to sign a guy like Werth.

6th   L Morrison singled to left, H Ramirez scored.

Marlins     8
Nationals  1 (one)

Hall of Famers Gary Carter and Andre Dawson were put on the Nationals' Ring of Honor tonight.

I love me some Gary Carter.

Dude is a freaking stud on the mic. Make it a three man booth!

I feel like he's been pitching for an hour.  Is this the slowest game EVER??

This game is depressing but at least Stephen's velocity wasn't affected and it doesn't look like he's in pain.
I'm chalking this start up to being rusty after not pitching in a real game for 21 days.

I say let him play next year as Ramos's backup. And then if he really thinks he can play more, let him have one more year as a spot backup to Ramos. Do what is needed to make him feel like he is loved by this organization and maybe even make him want to stay as a coach. I'd like to see him someday go into the HOF and talk about his time as a National and helping turn this franchise around.

Desmond should have been following Kennedy's approach at the plate the entire time.

It would have saved him a lot of heartache.

Getting up to blow my nose had to be more interesting than what Debbi had to say.

If you clear out some good stuff, it can be quite the relief.

I just checked in on Guzman and he's hitting 3/27 for the Rangers.

Batting ninth tonight.

Awful game.  My expectations for Strasburg are so high that when things don't go well, I feel let down.  When's his next start?

This is setting up to be the biggest deficit home loss since the first game of the season, 11-1 to the Phillies.  >:(
