I fully expect Richmond to beat UVA Saturday. Give me a spread of 14 or more and I'd take Villanova, Montana, Appalachian St. and William & Mary against anyone in FBS this season. I'd bet the CAA conference is better than the Sun Belt, MAC and WAC at this point.
You must be joking right. William and Mary is the Rice of FCS. They can't sustain the success because of their academic standards.
Richmond won't win unless Verica self destructs. Entirely possible, but I don't see London allowing it to happen.
Not a clue. This is what I found.http://activerain.com/blogsview/197227/dr-seuss-and-charlottesville-
I'll just point out "this season" and move along. This should be their 3rd consecutive FCS playoff appearance.2009: 11-3 (beat UVA)2008: 7-4 (lost by more to JMU than NC STate)
Can't wait till we beat down on Youngstown State on Saturday...WE ARE PENN STATE!!!
That's not sustained success. Rice went to 2 bowls in 3 years.
And my freaking post said "THIS SEASON."
I'm not saying there aren't a handful of teams that could compete, but those aren't BCS conferences, they're the lowest FBSD1 conferences. Except for the WAC which should be decent this year. None of those teams would win the WAC, even if Boise wasn't there.
And Jim Tressel was Youngstown St.
hmm didn't know that...even more incentive to give them a good beat down.
At least the Big Ten network exists.
I'm excited to see Nebraska on there next year. It's a really sharp product. And I'm sick of PPV games.
It's going to be great. I hope they change the name of the conference.
I don't see that happening. I'm just curious how the divisions are gonna shake out.
Fresno, Idaho and Nevada should all be pretty good this year.
I see them going with an EAST/WEST division split just don't know which teams in which divisions.
OSU, PSU, Northwestern, Indiana, Illinois, Purdue - EASTIowa, Michigan, MSU, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Minnesota - WEST
I think that's the least likely split.
