WTF?!? Morgan replaces Morse? Why does this team hate Michael Morse?
Sign Rizzo and Riggs for life! Bally's timely call up and Nyger's bunt! :halo:

I'm still in shock the Morse PH worked out. Of course now we have Wil Nieves PHing, no position players in a tie game top 9, so the stupidity all balances out in the end.

What the freak was Riggleman doing putting Nyjer in there?

I don't care if it worked, it was a terrible baseball decision.

Nyjer made a great bunt, but we woudn't be forced to hit Nieves now if not for the very questionable subsititution of Morgan for Morse.

[Jinx]Axford's on my WNFF fantasy team.  He has NO blown saves.  They made him the closer around May 23.[/jinx]

THE JINX WORKED! FIRST BLOWN SAVE!!!!
9th   Dunn hit sacrifice fly to center, Zimmerman scored, Willingham to third, Morgan to second.

Nationals   3
Brewski's   3

huh?

Everytime anything happens, Ladson post that Dunn needs to be moved.

So I'm telling him to freak off, because he's a troll who can't proofread.

No walk-off, that would be a horrible way to lose this one

The base running mistake by Morse will come back and cost us this ballgame.

Doesn't it seem like we have had about 33 of our 40 man roster that has played tonite?

did it? we only got 1 run out of it, and burned the rest of the bench. Morse could have at least tried to drive the ball. The end result was Nieves pinch hitting

No it didn't work out at all but some are just happy for the one run and have some kind of crush on Riggleman.

So now the question is if you left Morse in there and didn't have to use Wil Nieves, what happens? Sorry, it did work, but that was a horrible baseball decision. You take out the guy who had two hits the first five, in an otherwise no hitter, for Nyjer Morgan? After two HRs yesterday? After how you've screwed Morse over all year? What kind of message does that send? And we have no position players for extra innings. An injury and we are screwed.
