Particularly with their current record

At this pace the records may not be too different by season's end.

GAME OVER.  WE LOSE.
NATIONALS DISGRACE.
SWEPT BY MLB-WORST ORIOLES.

The Chief started this thread, so we each should get a half loss.

When are people going to start calling for Eckstein to be fired?  :lmao:

Dibble seemed irritated at the way this series went down.

This was completely deflating. They're not getting blown out...they are losing because of terrible defense

So, will any changes be actually made? Will someone say something to fire the team up? We're getting raped up the butthole every game and no one is saying or doing a damn thing.

Any reason to watch this game? We are going to lose 2-1.

Watching your hero Morse go 0-4 wasn't enough?

This whole team is a freaking disgrace.  We should definitely be sellers.  Lock up the Zimmermen and Strasburg, everybody else is movable for the right price.

Though I will say Bernadina could be a nice long-term CF for us, but he's still available.

Keep both Zimms, Dunn, Strasburg, Hammer, Clipp, and Storen.  Everything else sell.

I'd have Clip on the block too.

Nothing will change. It never does. This team doeasn't actually give a crap about losing, despite what Rob Dibble tells you. It's wired into their brains. They are losers. And now the team has no momentum anymore and no free agents will be interested in signing here in the off-season.

Dunn, CLippard and Capps have to be on the block.

The only untouchables are Strasburg, both Zims and Storen. That's it.

SF?

Had no motivation to watch today.  Instead, took the canoe down to Mattawoman Creek and caught 8 bass, including one over 3, another over 4 lbs.  Saw a snakehead that had to be more than 10 lbs.  Stopped at the BJ Carry Out for some BBQ on the way home, and had no regrets.

Nats really, really suck.
