The author of the blog post, Jenna, writes that several years ago Longoria "spotted my facebook account via internet stalking and started talking to me." The correspondence purportedly culminated with the Rays slugger sending a penis picture, and the two-time All Star allegedly wrote a lovely note to accompany the photograph: "Like that babe?"
In the article is a link to the picture in question if it interests you. I don't think it is LONGoria. No self-respecting baseball player would be tacky enough to have a Playboy with Canseco's Ex sitting on the coffee table as he takes a picture of his shlong.
