HA!  Listening to a podcast of the local show from today, they had just finished with a segment with Kareem Abdul-Jabar who was in town for a charity function and they were reminiscing the interview.  One of the hosts is a big, I mean, he's a HUGE Mets fan.  They're chatting, and suddenly, in the middle of the segment, you hear this: "He just went yard again. (you hear some papers rustling and you can tell he's pissed) And that's why you never bring in your closer when it's a non-save situation"  His co-host chimes in "and it's that Bernadiner guy again".  Yes he got his name wrong.  It was beautiful.  Then they resumed their previous conversation.

Bernadiner. win. that is his name from now on.

mindfact.

Bernadiner? Someone's gears got grinded.
I don't think he did it intentionally.  I just don't think he knew what his name was.

Probably not but I just like to think he got so angry he botched his name through frustration. Would make me sleep happier at night.
