Didn't Livo throw 41 pitches in the 1st inning a couple starts ago

He had an inning against Boston a few years back in which he threw about 41 pitches.

How do other teams not overuse their relievers?  I don't here nearly this discussion with other teams.

They do.  Look at the innings pitched for relievers some time.

Wow. He also had a disastrous 2nd inning against Florida back in 2006 and another one against the Mets (31 pitches) in 2005.
