Alright...hopefully he won't do anything stupid on the basepads. All that speed and too many bad decisions.

Kennedy is .357 against LHP so Manuel puts in Takahashi? :|

Why can't Ian Desmond pinch hit? I'm tired of Riggleman feeling like he has to justify having every man on the roster play so he can feed into their fragile egos.

Riggleman makes another dumb decision.

I'm not watching the game so I don't have all the info, but would it still have been a dumb decision to pull Stammen if Bernadina hadn't bailed him out? Sounds like things could have been a lot worse if Roger doesn't make that catch. Maybe he's taking him out just in time.

Or maybe you're suggesting he should have kept Craig in for his bat, and then pulled him?

Letting Alberto Gonzalez pinch hit vs. a RHP is always is a dumb decision.

It's only the 6th. I agree with Riggs here. You save Hammer and Desmond for late inning rallies, not bases empty in the 6th

I wouldn't use up Desmond or Willingham or PUdge this early.  Not to lead off.  Not when we have some guys in the lineup that could be pinch hit for if the situation arises.

Ok. I thought you were referring to taking Stammen out specifically.

The team is going to get like 1 more opportunity to PH. Why are you saving both of them if there is 1 spot open?

They'll probably pitch around him to get to Dunn.

One could ph for a position player in late innings too, and replace them in the field if need be
