Why does At-Bat now feature a twitter feed? Like I really want to see what Mets fans think.

could've been a lot worse ...

we're going to need to add arm(s) to the pen for tomorrow's series.

here's to bernadina/bruney (or batista) getting sent down for morse (or mench)/storen.  it won't happen, but i can

Batista sent down before Bruney would be a joke. I still think we need Batista to gobble up those innings when our starting pitchers get shelled early. Bruney can't even do that.

I'm looking forward to them making those moves so you can shut the freak up about it already.

Maybe we should give you your own thread so the rest of us aren't subjected to the redundancy unless we "opt-in".

This is a brutal lineup for generating offense.  That's what makes Stammen giving the two runs right back, even worse!

"Omar Minaya traded away then Expo farmhand Bay to the mets for the immortal Jason Collier" - Charlie Slowes (I think...it might have been Dave, I don't know them well enough to know which is which...)

In hindsight, not a big loss. I do not want Bay on this roster. The guy is a loser who is overrated.

Let's win this one and get out of NY in second place. Come on Craig we really need a QS today.

The disparity in the lineups couldn't be greater.

They have all of their best players in their lineup and we...don't.  :(

Right now maybe, but a couple of years ago, he could have made a pretty big difference, like, say in 2004 or 2005.  If Omar had held on to him and not traded for Colon, the trajectory of this team would have been very different.

Yeah, they just aren't very good.  They got the A- lineup in there and the only guys hitting well are Wright, Davis, and Barajas.

You know what's a good idea to do when a pitcher is at 60+ pitches through 3 innings?

Swing at the first pitch.

Stupid Willie, stupid.

He's still better than any RF we got but I do agree with you. He is making a case for being overrated.

The what-ifs hurt but I do enjoy the way things are turning around. We got Zim and Stras out of it. (for sucking)
