That's exactly why Dunn looks at a lot of those strike 3 calls - he knows he would roll that low and away FB right into a GiDP

He does it with two outs too. I think it is just him. If he could hit for average he would be one of the best players in baseball, but he can't, so I don't worry about it. Still don't like watching it though

Yep, might be his last, too, even if he does well.

I hate this ballpark.

And Shea was worse: the worst baseball park since the Dodgers played a couple of seasons in the LA Coliseum, a football field. At Shea, there was hardly a single seat close enough to the field that you could read the number on a player's back. And, of course, then there is that flight pattern in and out of La Guardia.

OMG 80 pitches! His arm might fall off. This 100 pitch nonsense ticks me off so much

I hope Olsen can hold 'em here.  Get a couple more runs and let Clip and Capp get another days rest.

Olsen was pissed off. I think he wanted to keep pitching.

This is a terrible, over-managing decision by Riggleman.

He's gone.  He has seemed to struggle the last couple of innings.

But if you read his lips, he's not happy about being pulled.

I don't disagree with taking out Olsen, hes not looking so great and I'd rather him be out of the game giving up 2 runs than risk giving up 5 and ruining an otherwise decent night.

I know Frenchy hits lefties, but too quick with the hook riggy.

I'd trust Olsen more than Walker, here.

Olsen was a more than serviceable #5 tonight ... he was getting hit pretty hard there in the later innings, but always found a way to escape the jam ... he didn't look to happy to be pulled, but i understand why they did so.

How is it over-managing he looked way too hittable

Major disappointment. They're running out of time to unravel everything. They've bullcrap around for so long that their last couple of episodes will have to be good by default.

Part of me thinks he wants to give the guys in a pen a chance to come in when we're up by 5. The team is so used to winning 1 run games, this is a rarity.
