Love the Jersey Shore gif, lol.

What a crazy game, so glad we pulled off the win, I could've seen that being a real demoralizer if we'd lost that game.

Got home late, saw the score, then read the line score and MLB gameday. Olsen pitches well, it seems, and great to win in the 9th. Two games above .500. Not bad at all!

Anyone notice Scott Olsen looks and sounds like a skinny version of Batista?

In one of his pics, he looked like the love child of Strasburg, McDougal, and Balester.

It's a Red Sox game.  Joe West wasn't wrong.

please tell me that willie harris had a dip in, while he was doing his postgame interview?  it seems like all the recent studs on this team have done the same!

And on his teammates ignoring him in the dugout?

"Not the first time they've ignored me and it won't be the last," he said. "Whatever."

There is something clearly wrong with Clippard.  How can Riggleman and McCatty not see it?

Because every freaking pitcher on the planet has off nights and it's no reason to freak out.

Are they ignoring him out of seriousness?

I hope it's not clubhouse strain.  It's customary for the players to stay away from the pitcher in the dugout when they're throwing a no-hitter, so I thought that could have been what he meant, but it's odd that he said "not the first time."

i think it's him saying it's not the first time he was close to a no-hitter and it won't be the last.

everyone in pre-game/post-game interviews have spoken glowingly of olsen this year.

Yeah, thats what I assumed but what you pointed out got me worried.

I don't remember what team this year but a rookie hit a 2 run homer, his first homer of the year, and he got to the dugout and everyone ignored him for an inning. Then the next inning they jumped on him like they finally celebrated it. I understand thats a "freaking around" tactic but "not the first time" kind of gave me a weird vibe.

Yeah, they showed some shots of him sitting alone between innings as the game progressed, Nobody talks to a pitcher in the middle of a no hitter.  He was just joking about being ignored other times.
