yeah we need to get the bats moving against this youngin.  recently, he's pitched well for the mets, but i still know him as the 6.50+ ERA w/ Baltimore.

When you hit the opposing pitcher who has never been on base in his career to lead off an inning you should get shelled.  Bergman needs to regain his composure quickly.

bergmann never should have hit maine, but still, escobar can't drop that ball out in cf.  if he fielded it cleanly their would've been a play at the plate.
