Sort of like when people claim tables in those cafeteria style restaurants, before they have their food.

Shoot...I think you beat me by about 40 seconds, though mine's complete, sans lineups.

I removed DPMOmaha's thread.  He's 1-0, while PANats is 0-1, we need to get PANats a win here.

We have the NL leader in average (Pudge), doubles (Pudge), triples (Nyjer), ERA (Livan), and saves (Capps) right now.

It's actually one of the better looking mug shots you'll ever find though.

Would love a win to get to two games over .500. Also, with another win, we're promised at least a series tie, and in great position to pick up another series win.

I would be ok with a series split, but I think we can get a series win. Counter Strike's gem last night sets the tone for this series and will keep us rolling.

I think we can win on Wednesday with Lannan on the mound. I'm confident that we should win comfortably on Thursday with Livan against Jimenez. Though, Livan is due for a stinker.

For those going tonight: NatCast on the Post's Capital Weather Gang (http://voices.washingtonpost.com/capitalweathergang/natcast/) is predicting mid-60's at first pitch, going to 60 by the ninth inning, 10% chance of rain.

If you're on the fence about going to any of this Rockies series, you might actually want to opt for tonight since tomorrow they're predicting 70% chance of rain, and Thursday's finale is a 16.35 first pitch which may not fit all schedules.

I'm curious about your rationale on this one.

Between this and last night's positive post about Stammen, I'm beginning to wonder who kidnapped the real GMU ;)

I'm curious about your rationale on this one.

Jimenez has to regress to the mean. Plus, he threw 128 pitches on Saturday and he can't recover with 4 days rest that fast, he is no Livan in that regard. The only place Jimenez can go is down.

I've always been positive about Stammen. I've been driving his bandwagon for a while. Same with Lannan, Willingham, and Harris. You won't hear me saying much negative stuff about them.

Livan's intricate web of deceipt cannot be escaped from.

Regress? This wasn't a fluke. The man was an all-star last year.
