nice AB by Desmond.

I still am happy with Olsen's start.  He made a mistake to Castro, one that bothers Dibble (and I'm sure the coaching staff) as much as it bothers me ... allowing a light hitting middle infielder to beat you on offspeed stuff.

Olsen is still working his way back from his injury, but look you saw the flashes today.  5 k's and he was spotting his pitches in the right spots (for the most part).  I'd take Olsen as the current #5 over Martin/Mock for the time being.

That at-bat should have been over about 5 pitches ago.

Clearly a strike on gameday.
How do they determing the pitch location on things like that?

I'll take Olsen over Mock, but not Martin.

However, I'll take both Olsen and Martin over Craig headcase Stammen.

Headcase?

Martin and Stammen are very similiar type pitchers, imo.

Why even swing anymore? It's so difficult to throw into an area the size of a postage stamp.

Yay me!

That was barely out in a bandbox, but if it helps him get back on the horse, I don't care.
