I'm sorry - I know I sound like a broken record, but I can't stand watching Armas pitch.  It hurts my head.  I sincerely hope this is his last start in a Nats uniform.

me too.  We are not really watching him pitch though.  We are watching him throw

Soriano gets plunked on first pitch.  Gee I wonder if that was on purpose?

WE can't afford to put baserunners on base with Armas out there

Can't afford our star player to be on the DL either.  I'd rather put a runner on...hell, it's not like we are neck & neck with the Mets for the pennant.

best scenario for me  would be scoring Soriano this inning.  Plunking the pitcher when he comes up...then having Soriano hit a dinger next time he's up.   8)

We weren't willing to plug the Mutts, why would we even waste a throw to plug the Fish?

it's going to be a long rest of the season for you...have you noticed we have absolutely NOTHING in our rotation?

Exactly what I have been figuring about this whole Soriano issue.  We have a great player but that great player can do nothing if he doesn't have a supporting cast with him.  Our pitching is atrocious.
