Drew, did you consider going pro after high school? I know you were drafted late, not sure by whom (maybe the Yankees?)

Stanford over late round choice seems like a slam dunk to me ;)

Question from my daughter.

You have an autograph session coming up at the Build a bear in Tyson's Corner in late January.

1) Where on the bear will you be signing, and 2) Do you find bears or pink backpacks easier to sign?

Oh, and one more, are you as cute as Zack Day?

We always hear that starting pitchers get hit harder after the other team has gone through the order a couple times and the hitters gain the advantage of having seen the pitcher a couple times.  Do you feel that you have an edge the first time you face a batter and do you lose that edge as your opponent learns your stuff?

I know that you are on twitter (I'm @LeperMessiah) and you are doing this chat with us.  Do you plan to continue to use social media to interact with your fans as you advance in your career?

Yea I would like to. I know as a fan I love following people so if fans want to read what I say then I will definitely continue.

Do you think you are Major league Ready to be in the bull pen for the Nats coming out of Spring training, 2010?

I feel like I am, but spring training will test that.

Any idea where you want to live when you make the big league team? You really should visit the Spy Museum when you get a chance.. it's my favorite DC museum, and of course the Smithsonian's are a must see as well.

I have already been to the spy museum with my sister, quite an awesome place! And no I have no idea where I will live.

I did, the money was the key for me, and I wasnt going to get what I wanted and I was excited to go to Cali so it was a slam dunk indeed.

Thanks! Let me know if you do come up with something!

Ok.  I've never heckled a player, and never would.  But do you have any good heckle stories?

I was in DC with my dad a few years ago and saw the normal sights, and my sister and I saw a game at RFK and then the spy museum. I know there is a lot more to see and I am pumped to see it.

Both are great but I love closing because of the pressure and there is nothing better than striking out someone to end a game

With Ryan Zimmerman, Lannan and  Dunn as our clubhouse leaders, what type of leader are you? Quiet or Vocal? Rah, Rah  :woop: or workman like?

Would you advise HS pitchers to go to college as you did, or is it really something that depends on the player?

I dont have any good ones from proball. In college when we played U of Texas, their fans would print out our bios or facebook pages and yell out random personal things. I dont mind heckling, its usually pretty funny.

Oh, BTW, I sometimes get "tennis elbow" from working on computers.  How do you treat tendonitis of the elbow?

I want to see the White House or Pentagon.

I have looked at some places in Florida, but not sure where I will end up.

Did you buy anything extravagant right after you signed? Is there one major league player you're absolutely dying to meet?

It kind of depends, I have a long way to go to be a leader like those guys, but I am def not a rah rah guy. I would pick my spots in college to speak up, but I mainly like leading by example.

I am a big advocate of going to school, but I know the decision comes down to the player and their situation.
