I read it in its entirety - you still care enough to write about it.

Care? Yes. Yes I do. I want to enjoy the program but I can't when they shove the most predictable gimmick down our throats.

sold my Raw tickets for 4/1 for $125 each on SH, paid $52 with service fees.  I decided I couldn't keep the kids out until 1AM when they have school the next day.

tonight's "old school" raw features the usual suspects - Slaughter, duggan, okerlund, flair announced so far.  Would love to see Backlund again.

I presume 3MB gets embarrassed by the legends again.

I still want to go to the show on Opening Day but Hammonds and I have been talking about how tired/drunk we'll be after the Nats game. I still hope I find some people that want to go since I've never been to a show live before... plus its the last Raw before Wrestlemania, which is always a good show to be at.

I've been to numerous house shows and TV tapings (mostly the WCW events at the Patriot Center), but also the last Raw taping around Christmas.  The normal, non-TV house shows are much better.  The matches are longer, the shows flow better, and the wrestlers tend to work very hard.  Plus they are a lot cheaper.

that was a pretty good promo.  I was hoping to see Flair turn on Miz and align himself with Ziggler though.

It was a decent promo. Again, it's pretty much the same as last year (the whole, I WANT TO BEAT THE BEST talk) but it's Wrestlemania so it's expected. Rock's Armstrong line was gold.

Miz is absolutely terrible. I don't mind him as a heel but as a face, he tries to play the crowd so much and it's awful. Also, check this list out:

Quote
Since winning Money in the Bank (not including house shows);

03/05/13 - lost to The Miz
02/25/13 - lost to Ryback
02/18/13 - lost to Alberto Del Rio
02/12/13 - lost to Alberto Del Rio
02/11/13 - lost to Kane
01/29/13 - lost to Alberto Del Rio
01/28/13 - lost to Team Hell No
01/15/13 - lost to Alberto Del Rio & Sheamus
01/14/13 - lost to John Cena
01/08/13 - lost to Sheamus
01/07/13 - lost to John Cena
12/09/12 - lost to Randy Orton & Sheamus
12/03/12 - lost to John Cena & Sheamus
11/26/12 - lost to John Cena
11/20/12 - lost to Randy Orton
11/13/12 - lost to Randy Orton & The Miz
11/12/12 - lost to Randy Orton
11/05/12 - lost to John Cena & Ryback
10/23/12 - lost to Ryback
10/16/12 - lost to Team Hell No
10/15/12 - lost to Ryback
10/08/12 - lost to Team Hell No
10/02/12 - lost to CM Punk
10/01/12 - lost to Team Hell No
09/18/12 - lost to Randy Orton & Sheamus
09/16/12 - lost to Randy Orton
09/10/12 - lost to Randy Orton & Jerry Lawler
08/28/12 - lost to Randy Orton
08/27/12 - lost to Randy Orton & Sheamus
08/19/12 - lost to Chris Jericho
08/06/12 - lost to Alex Riley
07/30/12 - lost to Chris Jericho & Christian
07/23/12 - lost to Rey Mysterio, Sheamus & Sin Cara

It's always been Ziggler's thing to lose on Raw but I hope it changes when he cashes in. But to see him tap out to MIZ's figure four was just ugly.

according to F4W he's getting annoyed at the way he's being booked, but what choice does he have?

Yeah. Hammonds sent me that interview/video yesterday. He was saying stuff along the lines of "When I was young, I only lost once. I didn't want to do that again[...]Now, I'm losing every match and it's disappointing me and it's disappointing my fans." I feel like he's definitely got some say in his matches and I wouldn't be surprised that it was somewhat his idea to lose constantly.

Losing constantly, as well as his ability at taking bumps/selling, has pretty much put him over. Jericho definitely helped as well.

he should just be happy DX didn't box him up and send him to FCW last night.

Ziggler vs. Cena after WM?  For the umpteenth time?

lol not that kind of push!

unless they give Ziggles the WHC and then feed him to Cena where Cena combines the WWE and WHC belt.

i'm guessing that Cena beats Rock and moves into another program with Punk.  And Alberto beats Swagger, with Ziggler cashing in and winning the title at WM.  Thus setting up ADR vs. Dolph, or a 3 way.

the only other match I'm guessing they add to WM is Shield vs. Show/Shamus/Orton, which leads to some sort of battle between the SSO trio.

I guess here's the WM card as it stands:

Rock vs. Cena
Undertaker vs. Punk
HHH vs. Lesnar
ADR vs. Swagger
Ryback vs. Henry
Shield vs. Some combination of Seamus, Orton, Jericho and Big Show
Cesaro vs. Miz
Dallas Rotunda vs. Barret
Something involving the ladies
Fandango vs. the returning Alex Wright
Hell No vs. PTP as a squash opener?

Three-four things that I want to discuss:

-I don't think Bo is going to be a part of WM as he hasn't been on TV in three weeks and they have been putting Barrett with Sheamus... but then again I didn't finish last nights Raw so I don't know if he appeared in the ADR/Barrett match.
-Not sure if Fandango and Alex Wright will be a part of the show.
-Hell No vs PTP could happen  but they've been fighting for the past 3 shows. I'm expecting a 1v1 between the two soon (we do have 3 more weeks to build a feud)
-Jericho will most likely have a match. Here's how I see it playing out:
+ Jericho will either face Ziggler just because they've put on two great matches so far and have a sort of feud going on
+ They throw Jericho in the Shield match and, instead, place Sheamus in the match against Barrett so it could potentially look like:

Cena vs Rock
Punk vs Taker
HHH vs Brock
ADR vs Swagger (Ziggler cash-in)
Shield vs Show/Orton/Jericho (Orton turns heel or Shield wins clean again)
Sheamus vs Barrett
Ryback vs Henry
Hell No vs PTP or Kane vs Bryan
Cesaro vs Miz

fandango vs wright was a joke, but i'd pay to see that (or fandango vs. disco inferno).  too soon for kane vs. bryan.

I would love to see Punk beat Taker just to put Punk completely over. HHH and Brock will have a great match. I want Ziggler to cash in and create a three way match for the future since Ziggler has had bad beef with both ADR and Swagger. I really want the Shield to win on the biggest stage. I also think they'll give Barrett the victory here against Sheamus so that they can carry that feud on for awhile. The two seem like they are built like eachother and I've enjoyed their matches so far. I can see them giving Ryback the victory over the World's Strongest Man but it'll be interesting to see if he can give him the Shellshocked. They need to split Hell No soon enough so I can see a loss against PTP spark that feud. And Miz is clearly getting a push after this whole Ric Flair stuff so I can see him defeating Cesaro for the belt.

Yeah I heard about Fandango coming out last night and then refusing to fight since Justin Roberts got his name wrong... but I still know nothing of him. Did he put on good matches in NxT?

As for Kane and Bryan, they've been going strong for a good 6 months. I feel like breaking them up at WM would be for the best.

I'm sure he'll pop back up in a few months.

He's been killed off so many times before.

Seriously though, RIP.
