so right now i have 29 unread things, let's say i read 10 then i'm like ignore the rest, don't want to see them as unreads. if i go to the reader site, and navigate the whole thing, i can do that, but i want a quicker way

There's no "Mark All as Read" option?

Now that Myspace bought imeem, it seems you can stream just about any song free. Napster is looking pretty bad right now.

All the time.  By far the easiest way to talk to close friends and relatives (at least the tech-savvy ones).

FB chat tries to but it's so crappy that people just go to IM.

In spite of the negative-sounding URL, it's actually a very informative piece with several neat demos.

What interests me the most is the impact on mobile platforms like smartphones.

Especially video.  No more blue Lego of shame on almost every video site outside of YouTube on my iPhone.

Awesome, we can make this the Amazon thread :stir:

I just found out that wishlists are world viewable and google indexed. Don't put anything embarrassing on there like "How to Prevent Terrible Gas."

I have a Chrome problem: I was on another site, and my login settings got messed up, so I asked the people there what to do, and they said to delete my cookies, which I did. The immediate problem is solved, but now it doesn't save my password and doesn't recognize that I've read a thread. Can anyone help?

go through your saved passwords, and find the site in question, and then delete it. then go back to the site and log in. it should ask you to save again.

see if that works.

Did you delete your cookies or disable them?  If you disabled them, then when you visit the site it won't remember you every time you go back.

Only one site. It's another forum.

And Nathan, I'm pretty sure I deleted them... I went into preferences, clicked on Show All Cookies, found it, and deleted it.
