WHIP is 1.193, which is decent but not dominant.  K rate is mediocre (6.78 / 9).  Command measured by K/BB looks very good.  How hard does he throw?

6IP, 5H, 1ER, 1BB, 4K tonight.  11ER in his last 8 starts.  I'm guessing he's got a pretty good chance of coming up this September.

Looks more consistent. Pea**** seems to be good, bad, good, bad...not yet settled into AAA.

Plus, Meyers is older, so he's better off getting a shot first.

Claimed by the Yankees in the 2011 Rule V draft it was widely assumed that he would be returned to the Nats. He was placed on the 15 Day DL prior to the season.

They have to keep him as long as he's injured.

Returned on 10/29 & assigned to Syracuse, per nationals.com transactions.  I suspect he'll be exposed to Rule 5 again.

He's totally a beast...  we should've kept him.
Very intimidating presence on the mound.

Brad Meyers is listed assigned to Syracuse but on the 7-day DL...if I'm reading it right and the date is current. Last pitched in 2013 for Gulf Coast Nats.
