they might have paid that skank next to them too. dont know how much though. might give her 10$ after i pay for her std test and check her for a weiner

No test needed.  They have free health insurance in Canada.  They do have to wait 2 months before they can get a test, unless they came to the US.

Actually, these extra inning games are just the Lerners way to give fans more value for their money.  Buy a pair of tickets to Friday and Saturday and split an extra game!  5 games for the price of 4!

It's hard to when you don't score runs. right now we are defying the odds. how much longer will it last?

remember 2005? eerily similar, IMO. getting good pitching and scoring just enough runs in close games.

The last time this team won 4 consecutive games was:
August 30, 2008, on the way to a 7-game winning streak.

Wooohoo caught the end of this one, in time to see Julian escorting Willie Harris home, hahaha!  I am just loving this team right now :)

Didn't watch the game, but the pitching line for Ross and The Klej and Tavarez makes me happy.

it's amazing we keep winning despite playing bad defense and having the worst offense in baseball.

It won't last much longer unless these guys start to make the routine players and score runs.

Lighten up sportsfan - we're so used to losing games in the late innings we forget that it is just possible we've got a pretty decent team....huh, go figger.

Great game tonight! Center Field had a good time ragging on Vernon Wells and cheering Willie Harris - nice when it works out!

Starting to see a lot more Nats fans at the park too!

Bringing the broom to tomorrows game!

Useless stat: Detwiler lowered his ERA to 4.76 tonight.  Right now, (according to baseballreference.com) there are 3 Nationals starters (Stammen, Detwiler, Martis) with ERA's of 4.76.  Weird.

Rather a good night for the local sides overall...besides the Nats win, the Mystics came back from 10 down at the half to beat Chicago...Freedom won at St Louis...only DC United let the side down with a 3-nil loss at Colorado (for some reason United, however the rest of their season is going, simply cannot win at either Colorado or Salt Lake).

(Wish I'd Metro'd down to the ballpark to catch the rest of the Nats match after the Mystics let out...trouble is they don't post the baseball scores inside the Phone Booth anymore like they used to.)

They've paid $1,920 for those 3 seats, for the last 2 games, plus drinks & dogs.

There is free GOOD food in the President's Club, with tables covered in linen, but it runs out.  You get free seat service with waitresses, but you have to pay for that food (hot dogs, etc).  You have to pay for beer and hard liquor in and outside, and I think they only serve beer at your seat.
