Just an overrated bum that has never lived up to the hype. I drafted him in my big money fantasy league and he has been a disappointment.

if you haven't seen this youtube of him giving the cold shoulder to a young kid asking for an autograph and then telling fans to freak off you should watch.

Who cares about that? You sound like CALSGR8 worrying about that type of crap. He shouldn't have to be forced to sigh autographs anytime someone asks. Why can't he have a little time when he's just out with his woman doing his thing?

If they walk Nick here he gets the franchise record, right?

He already has the record.

Here's hoping Zimm doesn't decide to stare down another curve right over the plate.  All the teams have that in their scouting reports.  Zimmerman freezes on curve balls.

He is tied for the Nats/Expos record.

Owns the Nats record though.

grounds out.  I thought they said he was only TIED with the franchise record of 10 consecutive at bats getting on base...  Maybe he only set it as a National.

While he could have handled the incident differently I don't see why it's a bad thing for the man to just want to be left alone from time to time. Also, that dude took offense and started running his mouth. If someone started talking crap to you would you not say anything back? Is he not allowed to speak up for himself because he plays in MLB? freak that.
