Is Kearns failing Eckstein or is Eckstein failing Kearns?

Right now most of the team is cold so who knows. Of course they said that Eckstein said that Kearns was very close to getting in the groove or something like that.

you can't win if you can't score.

the offense is a total failure.

I really think he should teach Kearns a whole new batting stance and swing. What's the worst that could happen? His bat speed is so terribly slow with his current setup.

I think they have probably tried but he may be a case of an old dog not able or willing to learn new tricks. For example, one trick my dogs refuse to learn is to hold their elimination until the game is over even if it's extra innings! I hope I don't miss something good while I'm out.  :?

Our luck and Saul Rivera will get called up... or Bergmann.

I'm convinced the Nats will never call up T-Clip ever again.

I love it when a our righty specialist groundball pitcher gets a lefty with a 2 seemer.  Now just do your job vs. KFC Millar.

did he really just give up a walk to that hack Millar?

you have to challenge him. didn't even throw it close on either of those last two pitches.

Millar draws a lot of walks in his career.  nice recovery against Chavez.  Let's here it for the old farts in the bullpen that we were screaming to have cut!
