Turner Classic Movies is airing an all-night Ingmar Bergman festival of films, beginning at 9 pm tonight.  Before The Exorcist fame, (loosely based on a true story in the DC area) Max Von Sydow appeared in many of those Swedish films.  He's still remembered for playing chess against Death in Seventh Seal (1957), which starts at 9pm TONIGHT.  They are likely subtitled.

Is that Jason's mom?

Ingmar Bergman was a man, a Swedish director who made a lot of films about death, and finally died in 2007.
Ingrid Bergman was a woman, known best for appearing in Casablanca with Humphrey Bogart.
