We just saw WHY Vidro should not be batting 2nd-4th.  Most of his hits are grounders and he leads the team in hitting into DPs.  He took Soriano OFF BASE.  We've already seen that he can steal to 3rd and score on a throwing error.  This is why Frank must go - he NEVER LEARNS.

Looks HOT in DC today...I think Bob Carpenter said it's over 90 degrees, is that right? It's raining here in England

More drama and wasted pitches trying to get the third out!!!

This team has chronic "third out" issues.

We had 12 pitches chewed up to go from the 2nd out to the 3rd.

We will soak their uniforms with sweat as we clean up with another win.

Thankfully their pitcher can't bunt!

Please, please, please Mike.  Let's make this a quick third out because your pitch count is already getting high!

EDIT:  Thank you, Mike.

That should have been a DP.  Thank goodness it wasn't.

Now we get the pitcher at bat, this inning instead of at the beginning of the next.
