Here's a video clip of one of Rice's individual champs, Jason Colwick, in an absolutely insane 19-foot pole vault:

Wikipedia enrollment figures have Rice smaller than both, with Tulsa as the smallest, due to recent enrollment increases at Rice.
I went with the US News figures.

It could.  It didn't break it down.  Tulsa falls below Rice too according to US News.

***edit

Yes it does break them down:
Tulsa - 2,987
Rice - 3,051
Xavier - 3,961
Wake - 4,412

I don't know if this is the 2008-2009 figures or not, but I could see the schools going back and forth depending on the year though.

St. Marys has 2,000 give or take a hundred.

And they have won a D-I TEAM sport.

K, I've spent forever researching this, and I finally figured out the problem: sailing isn't NCAA. All colleges from all divisions play each other freely.

All good reasons.  Just wondered.
All that being said, I think matching up too much weakens the lineup as a whole.

That sounds right. It's like Rowing and Fencing, not exactly main stream.

Wait...so Stammen didn't go to a big 10 school?  Why the heck were we arguing about that then?
