Lannans back on track. Nats win 6-4.  Lannan goes 7 innings. Bullpen pitches 2 uneventful innings for the hold and save!!   WE HOPE!
 Go Nats!

I can't believe that as bad as we've been we're only five back of the Phillies.

Even Lannan's stock photo looks incredibly sad. This team must have destroyed his emotional center last year...

Lannan's got some bushy eyebrows.

And... I'm pushing the streak to 2-0 regardless of what the match up is tonight... mark it down!*

Linty can't go 120-0 at this point, because I call dibs on all four games against Houston.

The weather gods are trying to postpone as many games as possible so that we hopefully have better pitchers by the time we actually play them ;)

Or maybe that ozone layer really was doing it's job.

What would the ozone layer have anything to do with rain on earth? I thought that only affected the levels of sun/temperature we received.

Yeah I know we have a bad team and all so you can expect attendance to be down, and we've had a few nights where Caps playoff games drew attention from Nats fans ... but the weather hasn't been helpful at all.

It was a joke. The hole in the ozone will give you melanoma not rain.

Wouldn't you if you played for the worst team in the Majors?
