I'm going to Chicago in two weeks for a wedding.  First time in Chi-Town I'm excited, I've heard good things.  I'm getting there early on Friday so I'll tour the city a bit but then hit up a bar for O's-Nats (and probably do the same thing after the wedding on Saturday).  We're flying back early Sunday morning so we can watch the Nats whip up on the O's.  Nobody can ever question my fanhood 8)

Guzman - 6
Dukes - 8
Zimmerman - 5
Dunn - 3
Willingham - 7
Kearns - 9
Flores - 2
Belliard - 4
Lannan - 1

Arizona

Lopez - 4
Young - 8
Upton - 9
Reynolds - 5
Whitesell - 3
Byrnes - 7
Snyder - 2
Wilson - 6
Davis - 1

damn, I would have liked to have seen Dunn sit instead of NJ but that lineup will work.

nope, he hasn't had an off day all year and his career numbers against Davis suck.

I guess Manny really is doing the every other game thing with Willingham and Kearns.

Frankly I'm shocked that Manny is sitting either of them with Zimm's streak still going.

For someone who disparages message boards, Phil Wood seems to spend a lot of time reading them.

haha.  you know what, i would love for manny acta to start winning games for this club so he can stick it to us.  i'll fess up and admit i was wrong as long as we win.  but so far we only have 9 wins against 18 losses.

and the message board is a public (sometimes private) forum where difference in opinions are to be had.  c'mon now pw.

LOL wooooooow

Quote from: Phil Wood
[Davis] is probably better known for surviving cancer

That's almost as bad as Carpenter saying that Felipe Lopez' dad used to "beat him up" last night

QFT. Davis is a league average pitcher. not complete garbage but he is a guy the Nats must score runs off of.

4.31 Career ERA.
