he puts people in positions to fail more often that not. it's all about putting the bullpen guys in spots where they have the best chance of succeeding.  having a bunch of inaccurate dimwits in the pen doesn't help but Acta has made some bad moves.



My point was that you stated that it doesn't matter who goes out there the results end up being the same. I was just deducing from your declaration.
