I'd venture to say that he'll top out at around 93 for much of his career. JMU said he didn't surpass that in any of his last few starts of the year.

i'm not wrong ass. all i said was that balester tops out at 96 and that i've seen it in person to prove it. i never said he could throw it there consistently. whatever, lerners are cheap though and the nats won.
