I think it will be JD Martin on Monday. Congrats to him and his family if that is the case. He has earned it.

If any of the JD Martin hometown fans is still in touch with him, they should let him know that this whole board is psyched for his start. Maybe a bright spot finally.

Spinman continues to impress - I really think that they want that 4th option on Bally, hopefully he knows that's based on his value, and not a slight.

It will be a great night for the Martin's. JD gets to live out his dream. Congrats to him and his parents.   Spinman

Only another 4 hours 20 minutes, and JD will have graduated from the Farm thread, and moved into the Clubhouse, both physically and virtually right here at WNFF.

Congrats JD - it's been a long row to hoe, but the hard work has paid off and you can't ask for more - a chance.  Go kick some Mets ass!

Rough start on innings 1 & 2. The 3rd and 4th look more like JD's normal innings (no runs, no walks). After several Major League spring training games (a few innings between the Indians and Nats) JD now has a Major League game under his belt. Good job, looking forward to more!

Locked for now, JD's a major leaguer.
