Or strike out
LOL, I typed that as I saw that Nolasco had him at 1-2.

I just knew it was happening.

Definitely the "three true outcomes" type of hitter.

NJ should be leading off.  He made an out, but he made Nolasco throw 7 pitches.  Milledge had a weak GO on the first pitch.

We still got 7 innings to go...

I'm trying to keep it optimistic here, instead of the normal doom and gloom

Ehh, I was just joking around.  I don't mind the strikeouts; except for sac flies and runners advancing occasionally on grounders, Ks are as good as anything.  In the case of ground ball DPs, they can be better.

Nolasco is dialed in. He's got nice stuff.

I don't know. Was striking out 22 times to a bunch of ST scrubs earning it?

and Kearns has a 3 pitch K - good thing Dukes and Willingham are on the bench. 6 up 6 dow. but at least nickj was able to get the ball out of the infield. gives us a little respect

I know, I went out on a limb there predicting the HR, I deserve the backlash...

Nolasco is rolling with his pitches and they aren't going to stop that unless they can get a baserunner.

And Dukes can get in the Hall of Fame based off 81 games. Remarkable player.

it won't change until he collects some at-bats.  Most of that info won't be reliable for weeks.
