John Lannan is so good he is worthy of two nicknames ... less than 2 hours to first pitch!!!!!!!

Zero earned runs in spring. That's just about as good as you can get.

But four runners scored that he put on base plus he gave up a home run. He didn't pitch against much front line players either so I fail to see how he had a "great" anything.

Tavarez gave up 3 runs in 4.1 innings. He faced real hitters and got bombed (Hanley Ramirez and the Marlins).

Plus, Tavarez might have some serious attitude problems.  Even though his comments might seem sarcastic, they were kind of revealing.

But hilarious. I don't think I was so perplexed by a quote about the Nationals since Paul Lo Duca referred to the team as a bunch of squirrels.

WTF, did I miss something? Are there 2 Micah Owings? I am following the Reds/ Mets game online and Micah Owings just pinch hit for Harang?????? Why would Baker use a pitcher as a pinch hitter??

me neither. too bad the Reds' offense is equivalent to a AA team.

I don't think Tavarez should be on the team either. I'm just saying that ERA for middle relievers isn't germane to their effectiveness.

Nope. It's true. I'm in Wilmington and it's sadly the same.

Where in NC are you?

Yep, you're supposed to be watching this on MASN (even if TWC and Comcast are still refusing to carry it).
