The Washington Wizards are trailing the Cleveland Cavaliers by 4.  Lebron James got to 4 fouls in the 3rd quarter.  Arenas has 34 so far.

Frank really needs to consider dropping Zimmerman to 7th or 8th in the lineup for a while.  He strikes out almost every other time up & there is too much pressure on him batting 4th-6th every night.  I'd bat him lower where there is less pressure & see if he can get his confidence up.

Meh.  I figured we still had a chance if they brought in Herges, but apparently they changed their closer. :(

Terrrible AB by Schneider.

Can't fault him too much though, he's the only one that has come through tonight.

Royce Clayton is absolutely, completely worthless.

As much as I am hating today's game, I am having fun with these smileys.

Same reason people watch Romeo and Juliet.  They know it will end tragically, but care so much that they hope that it won't.  That's why they invented beer.

**SIGH**

Well it was certainly an interesting game, and we had a good time griping about it.

I would like to describe the game tonight:

Good night all, see you tomorrow for, hopefully, a change of luck.

Of all the terrible losses this year, this one was, by far, the worst.

We just lost to a AAA team with a 6-18 record who started a pitcher with a era of over 9.00

We are 1-8 AT HOME.  Do these guys have ANY professional pride?

I'm not sure if I can ever say one is worse than other this year.  For the most part they have all been excrutiatingly frustrating losses.  Whether a gazillion men left on base, costly errors, bad decisions, or whatever........

The thing that galls me is the 1-8 record at RFK.  WTF is that about?

Unfortunately for me, I have tickets to 35 more home games this year.

Agree, but this is a AAA team (the Marlins), at best, starting a terrible pitcher & you'd think our guys would get a boost by the owner being named today.

Unless I figure out what someone here is doing with Windows Media, I can't see the game because I have Comcast.  So I follow it on CBS Sportsline and a transister radio.  I can't hear the radio on a stereo with an antenna booster, the signal is so weak.  So I have the TV on.  I saw who got kicked off American Idol, I saw two people shot on Lost, and then tuned in the Wizards.

In fact, they ought to change the Marlins nickname to the Owls, because when almost every batter or pitcher is announced, you say "Who?"
