I'm not intimidated by Santana, especially with "we score more runs for this guy for no explainable reason" Redding on the mound.

it's a shame we're not going for the sweep vs the HATED Mutts, but 3/4 will suffice. i'd love to see Dukes go yard off Santana!

No way. This one is going to be ugly. I see us losing 4 or 5 to 1. We know exactly what Santana throws but I'm sure our hitters will be completely fooled.

We roll over for Reyes. (Image removed from quote.)

That pitch was high, he got lucky.

What an idiot. That ball should have been caught in the air. That's game.

Milledge playing CF makes no sense. He should have been shifted to LF a long time ago.

bench milledge for the rest of the game.

1. He freaked up a very catchable ball.

2. after he freaked it up, he moped for a good 3 or 4 seconds, felipe lopez style, before he actually decided to casually jog back and get the ball while the mets ran around the bases.  no freaking hustle.

that crap is unacceptable. take him out of the game. move Harris to Center, put langerhans in left for the rest of this game.

I agree, and I've said so before, but for some reason nobody talks about that much around here.

Remember when Milledge called CF his "premier position" when we traded for him?

I agree with that. He just stood there for a few seconds after catching it as if he thought someone was playing behind him or something. Pitiful.

I don't like the idea of Milledge at left, either.  I'd put him at right where fewer balls get hit.

And that should've been out # 3 for a scoreless first :?

He doesn't have the arm for that.
