Ramon Ortiz (0-2, 8.18)
Ortiz has little experience in Dolphins Stadium, pitching there only once and having a 1-0 record with a 7.50 ERA in that game. He is 1-1 overall against the Marlins with a 3.46 ERA in two games, including seven innings when he didn?t allow an earned run and lost 2-0 last season.

Sergio Mitre (1-1, 3.75)
In his first start ever at Dolphins Stadium, Mitre was victimized by the long ball. The right-hander yielded two home runs to San Diego's Khalil Greene, and five runs on seven hits in six innings to even his record on the season. In two starts, he has logged 12 innings, surrendering five runs. For his career, Mitre has faced the Nationals once as a member of the Cubs. He lost that contest last year, giving up one run in 2 1/3 innings.

I'm gonna be in and out on this one.

alternating between Forum-Surfing, and playing classic Video Games on Gametap.

listening on the radio though, since it isn't on TV in my house.

Emulators are too much hassle, imo.

having the easy, friendly access to my classic games is worth the 10 bucks a month, imo.

try to download Roms from websites, and they have you jump through 40 billion hoops, and voting at 50 BILLION random sites before they let you download.  I don't have the patience for that.

I tried to find Xenogears for the PSX for the emulator i had, and the damn site made me vote 5 TIMES at 5 different sites, and then after i did all that, i couldn't download the damn game.

Frank needs to leave Soriano at one position in the order to get him comfortable...I'm saying 5th...you can't have him leading off

Well they are now, but I amassed a fat collection of ROMs back in the day when they were everywhere.  Back before all the big sites got taken offline.  And the emulator programs themselves are easy to find, well maintained, and do the job well, so I have no complaints 8)

I got no problem finding the Emulators. it is the Roms that are the issue.

say, you got PSX games?  send me a PM, I'm looking for 2 games in particular.

I think this game will pretty much settle whether or not Ortiz truly does suck.  I mean, it's not going to get any easier than the baby-faced marlins early in the season, so if he can't put on a decent performance here, I'm gonna have to go with "he sucks."

Wow that 1-1 swing by Clayton was one of the worst major league swings I think I have ever seen.

For Patterson, so did I.  For Ortiz...  well who knows ;)

Man I can't believe Nick is hitting .350.  The rest of our offense is so stagnant that Nick's hits are going practically unnoticed :?

I guess that's why.  Poor Nick gets on with 2 outs, and I feel quite confident in saying that no runs will result from it.

Even with a wild pitch that moves Nick to second.
