I don't know if anyone's mentioned it, but Casto was out tonight w/ a sore oblique. Manny actually made a great managerial decision putting him in the on-deck circle last inning to set up the righty-lefty match-up. It didn't work out, but it was still a smart move.

The idea of him coming in to pitch in closer games is/was a complete FLOP. As long as he is on this roster he should be no more than the last man out of the pen and only used in blowout wins/losses.
